Dr. William J. Binder, Bevery Hills plastic surgeon and UCLA School of Medicine Assistant Clinical Professor, was among the “distinguished faculty” brought in to present an overview of the practical anatomy and rejuvenation techniques of the upper and lower eyelids, the face and neck.  The 6-day continuing education program at the Saint Louis University School of Medicine included upper and lower blepharoplasty, face lifts, neck lifts and chin and malar (cheek) implants.
